Four Voices Inner Wisdom Coaching is a four-week personalized coaching package for someone who’s at a crossroads, or has a difficult decision to make, or feels a little lost, and wants to learn how to build self-trust and discover how to rely on their own inner wisdom. As your coach, I’ll teach you the Four Voices method so you can discover the secret language hidden within you. This inner guidance system helps you navigate change, helps alleviate self-doubt, and helps you uncover the path forward. No matter how much you struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, painful emotions, soul-level pain—by the end of our five weeks together you’ll improve self-worth, and find a new and profound sense of self-trust and self-love. You’ll have a proven method for making decisions and you’ll know what you need to do.

This Coaching Package Includes:

• 4 weekly sessions (each session is an hour in length).

• 24/7 Email Access to Meadow throughout your time coaching. During your duration of work working together you will have the opportunity to have 24/7 access to Meadow regarding anything you are going through. This is your chance to message Meadow regarding any concerns or questions you might have.

• Homework Assignments that are tailored specific to your goals.

• Bonus meditations and yoga practices to help you learn how to use the Four Voices on and off the mat.
