Mastering Boundaries Private Intensive is a five-week personalized coaching package for someone who wants to learn how to take back their life. As your coach, I’ll help you understand why you have trouble with boundaries, why you are attracting people who violate your boundaries, and how to strengthen your boundaries so you can improve your relationships, avoid abusive situations, and finally take control of your life. As your boundary and self-esteem coach, I custom-tailor your work to fit your specific challenges. No matter how much you struggle with codependency or people pleasing—by the end of our five weeks together you’ll feel lighter, improve self-worth, and have a greater sense of who you are and what you need to do.

This Coaching Package Includes:

• 5 weekly sessions (each session is an hour in length).

• 24/7 Email Access to Meadow throughout your time coaching (this is perfect for helping you script boundaries in real time). During your duration of working together you will have the opportunity to have 24/7 access to Meadow regarding anything you are going through.
