You might already know this, but I'm going to say it again.
I'm a judgmental person.
I can be all high and mighty when it comes to self-help and personal leadership skills. I have seen thousands of cases first-hand and have a pretty good idea about what works and what doesn't work. I'm constantly searching for new and better tools to help people live the life that they want to live.
And, I don't think there's any tool that has been more disgraced by pop-culture-meets-New-Age than the Law of Attraction (LOA for those in the know).
Law of Attraction, in basic terms, is "like attracts like."
When taught poorly, LOA is about as effective as whispering in Santa's ear at your local mall. The watered down version of this tool sounds something like "Put a picture of a red car on your fridge and you'll get a red car." Which is total crap. That's just not how it works.Read More
